Cameron Dionne, postnatal doula in South East London

Meet Cameron

Hi, I'm Cameron.

I grew up in California and now call South East London home. My path into postnatal care began long before I became a doula — through decades of conversations, friendships and experiences shared between women.

I've always been the red-lip, gold-hoop-wearing friend — the one people come to for the honest conversations about periods, sex, birth and everything that comes after. I'm also a mum to four boys, including identical twins who were a very unexpected surprise.

I trained as a doula with Nurturing Birth in 2024, and volunteer with Home-Start UK. Today I care for families across South East London — from London Bridge through to Dartford — with birth preparation, postnatal visits, overnight newborn care and practical help through those early weeks. My approach is calm, honest and judgement-free.

Less performance. More presence. I believe laughter has a place in motherhood, but so does quiet. There are moments when a reassuring conversation helps, and moments when simply knowing someone is there is enough.
