Rest is a ten-hour overnight stay in your home. I care for your baby through the night so you can get the kind of sleep that actually restores you, rather than the kind you snatch between feeds.
I settle, soothe, change and feed — whether that is a bottle I prepare, expressed milk, or bringing your baby to you to breastfeed and settling them again afterwards. You choose.
In the morning you get a simple sleep log: feeds, nappies, how the night went. No lectures, and no schedule imposed on your family. Gentle guidance if you want it, quiet if you'd rather.
