Most preparation stops at the birth itself. Nest carries on past it — through the weeks when the visitors have gone home, the questions start arriving, and you are working out what your family's rhythm actually looks like.
We start with a planning conversation and build your birth preferences together: what matters to you, what your options are, and how to say so clearly to the people caring for you. A plan is a compass, not a script.
After your baby arrives, I stay reachable by phone and WhatsApp, with a postpartum home visit and guidance on feeding, newborn care and how you are genuinely doing.
